Drakerider is a role-playing game developed by Square Enix (creators of the Final Fantasy saga, among many others) in which you play as Aron Lawson, a young man who, along with his loyal dragon Eckhardt, becomes humanity's last hope almost overnight. In fact, it is the dragon Eckhardt who is the star of the show when it comes to combat, one of the most important parts of the game. Instead of entering commands like attack, defense, etc, your job is to use the reins that control the dragon in order to place your attacks. But do it carefully, because if you give him too much freedom, you may put yourself in danger. The game is made up of five chapters, the first of which is free to play. If you want to play the rest, however, you'll need to buy them within the game. Drakerider's graphic design is very good, like in almost all of Square Enix's games (except for the ones where they try to make them look more retro). It has well-designed character models and 3D landscapes, as well as some truly excellent special effects. Drakerider is an outstanding RPG in all its aspects, and is sure to please fans of the genre. The only bad thing about the game is that buying all five chapters ends up being pretty expensive for an iOS game.
