Shogun is a SHUMP (arcade game with space-ships that scrolls vertically)where you have to take control of a small red ship and battle against unending hoards of enemies that are trying to destroy you. The first level of the game, which if you are good won't last you very long, is free. However, in order to keep playing, develop the story and, above all, get more and better levels, you will have to buy the rest of the levels (three) from inside the application itself. The unique visual of the game, in spite of emulating older arcade titles from the 90s, is truly spectacular. At every moment you have dozens and dozens of projectiles flying through the screen trying to hit you, with their corresponding enemy ships, the result of which is an awesome image. Shogun is a very good SHUMP that genre lovers will know to appreciate, but the best part is that it is completely compatible with iCade, which if you have that small device to convert your iOS device into a miniature arcade, you will enjoy it twice as much.
