Nimble Quest is a fun game that combines elements of skill and roleplay. It takes the gameplay from the traditional snake games on mobiles, and mixes in elements of role play, such as the ability to use characters from different classes such as warriors or magicians. The gameplay is relatively simple: the hero moves in straight lines around the screen, where enemies will gradually appear, and move in a similar way. As you kill them, they release coins which you can then use to buy upgrades, including companions who attach to the hero´s tail to help you. Depending on the hero you choose at the beginning of the adventure, you will be able to use different types of attack. If you choose the archer, you can attack from a distance and kill enemies more easily, while a warrior needs to be closer to kill enemies, but will take more damage. Of course, if you hit a wall or touch an enemy, it will be 'game over' for sure. As you go through the levels, which become progressively more complicated, you can buy upgrades for your character. This is done with coins that enemies and chests occasionally provide. On a visual level, Nimble Quest is no masterpiece, but its pixelated, retro style makes it a delight to play. Lovers of 16 bit games in particular will find the graphic style of the game very appealing; in fact it looks like it came straight out of Super Nintendo. Nimble Quest is a fun game that, thanks to its roleplay touches, brings a real breath of fresh air to this game format, the snake, which normally does nothing new. This game is like a real vice, it´s very hard to give up once it draws you in ... which it will.
